Batteries and battery packs for your remote-controlled car. When you're driving electric RC cars, your batteries are your fuel. Always use good battery packs – they'll give you longer runtime and more power in the car.
Which charger should I choose?

The charger is just as important as the battery pack. Good chargers treat battery packs better, resulting in both a more efficient charge and longer battery pack life – meaning it can be charged more times. Good chargers are also faster, so you spend more time driving than charging.

Battery types: NiMH and Lithium

NiMH are the good old heavy batteries. The most common battery pack is with 6 cells combined into a 7.2V pack. The big advantage of NiMH is that they are easy to use and not very sensitive – but they are not very efficient.
