How do you deliver, and what are the shipping costs?

The delivery cost is DKK 39.00 for all packages to Denmark - free standard shipping on purchases over DKK 600.

All packages are shipped with GLS and require a recipient signature for your safety. This means a signature is required upon delivery, so it's best to choose delivery to your workplace or a Parcel Shop - ensuring your package arrives quickly, safely, and easily.

What about returns and warranty?

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. If you return the item unused and in substantially salable condition, you'll receive a 100% refund. If the item has been used, you'll get a reduced refund.

There is no warranty, but you have a 2-year claim period that covers defects and faults in the product.
