Questions about Christmas
How late can I place my order?
We'll be shipping packages up until December 22nd. So you can order right up until 11:59 AM on the 22nd - we'll make sure to get your package sent out.
We recommend ordering as early as possible because the carriers (Postnord / GLS) tend to be very busy during the holiday season.
Can you guarantee that the package will arrive before Christmas?
We can only guarantee that we will dispatch on time. We cannot guarantee delivery on behalf of Postnord / GLS.
For the last 3 years, all packages have arrived before Christmas.
Last year, someone ordered a package on December 23rd at 14:32. We managed to send the package, but GLS did not deliver packages on December 24th.
How long can I exchange Christmas gifts?
We've extended our return policy until January 15, 2026.
Please note that the item must be in unopened packaging.
Can I get a refund?
We offer exchanges until January 15, 2026. You can choose to receive a credit note if you don't want another item.
If the item is in 100% sellable condition (unopened, no tape marks, etc.), we also offer a full refund.
Will the sold-out product be back in stock before Christmas?
We can't guarantee that. There are a few products we might still restock, but they're almost gone.
