Spare Part

This item is used when you need to pay for parts that aren't listed on the website. Here's how to pay for the parts:

1) Add this item to your cart.
2) Go to the cart and adjust the quantity to match the amount you need to pay. (example: 150 pcs at $1.00 each = $150.00)
3) Enter your case number in the order comment section. You can find your case number in the email we sent you.
4) Choose shipping and complete the order by entering your details and making the payment.

Once we receive your order, we'll place the request with the supplier. As soon as we get the part from the supplier, we'll send your order to you.

PLEASE NOTE that there can be VERY LONG delivery times for parts not in our regular stock. 

We're here to help you find the parts you need. We order the parts from the supplier as soon as we get your order. After that, it's a waiting game for both you and us until the parts arrive. 

Unfortunately, many spare parts have long delivery times - the record is 4 months! We've tried complaining, but it doesn't help.

Morfars.dk reserves the right to cancel orders where delivery times become too long.
