PS: Monday to Thursday, we're open from 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM, but only for Click & Collect and returns.
PPS: While you might dream of spending Christmas with us, we, unfortunately, have to disappoint you there. We're closed on Sundays, public holidays, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Eve.
Click & Collect
It's entirely up to you whether we ship the package to you, or if you want to save on shipping and pick it up in our store.
If you decide to drop by, either put on some blinders or face the fact that you'll probably leave with more than you planned to buy.
You’ll be notified when your order is ready – usually, you can pick it up the next day.
Packages can be collected on weekdays between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
Returning Your Items
It’s hard to believe you’d regret a purchase, right? But hey, there are folks who would give an arm to get their hands on that gear!
Of course, we also handle complaints and stuff that needs a trip to the workshop.
Start by creating a return case here.
You can then drop it off at our store on weekdays between 10:00 and 15:00.
