Reasons for Return

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. If you return the item unused and in nice packaging, you'll get 100% of your money back. If the item has been used, you'll receive a reduced refund.

Repair

If you've had an accident, we can fix the product for you. A simple repair typically costs DKK 250 plus parts. We'll get in touch with a quote if it costs more.

Reklamation

If your product has a fault or defect, it's covered by our 2-year warranty.

Questions about returns

Is there a warranty on the products?

There is no warranty, but a 2-year right to make a claim. This right covers defects and issues with the product. It does not cover damage caused by accidents or improper use.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers defects and faults in a product. It does not cover damages caused by accidents or improper use.

Example: you receive an RC car that is brand new and doesn't run. It will be exchanged for a new one.

Example: you drive the car and hit a curb. A wheel suspension breaks. This is not covered by the warranty.

What can a product withstand?

If you have an accident, anything can break. It might happen on the first run, after two months, or never. That's just how accidents are.

Unfortunately, there's no insurance for RC cars and drones. And even if there were, it would probably be too expensive anyway.

Can I cancel a purchase?

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. If you return the item unused and in substantially sellable condition, you'll receive a full 100% refund.

If the item has been used, you'll get a reduced amount back (purchase price minus depreciation).

Can my product be repaired?

Yes, and it’s often both quick and affordable. You can buy spare parts right here and, in most cases, swapping them out yourself is easy.

Who covers the shipping costs?

For a valid warranty claim, we cover the shipping costs (up to DKK 49) both ways.

For cancellations and repairs, you will need to cover the shipping expenses yourself.
